How long does it take for my furniture to be delivered?
In-stock items are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days for Metro areas. For custom-made or indent orders, the lead time is usually 14 to 30 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items with manufacturing defects can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please keep your official receipt for all claims.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, many of our mattresses and furniture items carry a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 15 years, depending on the specific model and component.
